What are the care instructions for the pillows? Are they machine washable?
The pillow itself is not machine washable, however, the outer casing is.Unzip the outer bamboo viscose casing and machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach as it may weaken the bamboo viscose fibres. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or dry clean.

Yes. The Luxury Pillow is adjustable. Once you unzip the outer lining, you can also unzip the pillow to gain access to the fill. From there, you can remove as much fill as you like to make the pillow suitable for your level of comfort.
